Appellate Advocacy

We offer extensive and varied experience in all aspects of State and Federal Appellate practice.  Berman, Sauter, Record & Jardim attorneys are admitted to practice in the courts of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Washington D.C., as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.   In addition to our own appellate matters, other trial attorneys and law firms refer appellate matters to the firm, and Berman, Sauter, Record & Jardim also has been selected to participate Amicus Curiae (as "friend of the court") in certain matters of significant public interest.
