George A. Fiszer, born Brooklyn, New York, May 12, 1961; admitted to bar, 1986, New Jersey, 1987, New York.  Education: Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (B.S. summa cum laude, 1983); New York University School of Law (J.D., 1986; LL.M., 1990).  Member: American, Essex County, and New Jersey Bar Associations (Member, New Jersey Bar Association Taxation Section and the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section).  Foreign Language: Spanish.  CONCENTRATION: General Tax Practice; Wills and Estate Planning; Estate Administration.

Of Counsel to the firm, Mr. Fiszer engages in the practice of tax and corporate law.  His practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, trust law, business and individual tax matters, mergers and acquisitions and other business-related matters. 

Mr. Fiszer received his B.S. degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, his Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law, and his Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Mr. Fiszer is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, including its Tax Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections.  Mr. Fiszer has co-authored several articles on tax and estate planning issues, and has lectured to various groups on similar topics.
