Beeton Charlotte A. Beeton, born Washington, D.C., May 12, 1968; admitted to bar, 2000, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Education: University of Georgia (B.A. 1990), Pi Delta Phi; George Mason University School of Law (J.D., 1996); George Mason American Inn of Court, 1995-1996. Member: New Jersey Bar Association. Foreign Language: French. CONCENTRATION: Community Associations, Real Estate, Zoning and Planning. While Ms. Beeton’s primary practice is community association law, Ms. Beeton also handles a wide variety of other residential and commercial real estate matters including closings, construction financing and leasing. In addition, Ms. Beeton has represented numerous individuals and commercial entities before zoning and planning boards throughout central New Jersey.
