            Alyson E. Galusha, born Livingston, New Jersey, May 31, 1973; admitted to bar, 1999, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey.  Education: Montclair State University (B.A., 1996); Widener University (J.D., 1999).  Member: Morris County and New Jersey Bar Associations.  CONCENTRATION: Civil Litigation, Community Association Law, Construction and Business Litigation. 

Ms. Galusha represents community associations, including condominiums, cooperatives and planned unit developments.  She provides counsel with respect to construction defect claims, municipal services, covenant's enforcement, collections and general corporate matters. 

Ms. Galusha is a former Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender.  In that capacity, Mrs. Galusha worked for the Law Guardian program, providing legal representation to children in abuse and neglect cases, serving only the interest of the child; representing children in termination of parental rights cases, through which children in foster care became available for adoption.  Mrs. Galusha also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Batten, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division-Family Law Part, 1999-2000. Ms. Galusha also has significant experience in complex commercial litigation matters. 

Mrs. Galusha is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey Bar Associations. She has served as a Panel Mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, an employee/volunteer trainer for the Court Appointed Special Advocate for Morris County, a first year oral argument judge for Widener University School of Law, and a mentor/tutor for the Widener Alumni Mentoring Program.
