Alvin D. Hersh, born Newark, New Jersey, March 14, 1932; admitted to bar, 1957, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; 1962, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. Education: Rutgers University (B.A., 1954), Rutgers University School of Law (J.D. 1956). Member: Morris County, New Jersey (Elder Law Section) and American Bar Associations; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. CONCENTRATION: General Civil Litigation; Arbitration; Corporate Law; Elder Law; Guardianship; Wills and Estate Planning. Mr. Hersh is a former Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He also served as Judge of the Municipal Court of Mine Hill, New Jersey from 1986-1991.
